Our graduated Compression Flight Socks, sometimes called "Flight Stockings", are made with new technology that is specially tapered to suit your leg shape with the greatest compression being at the ankle and gradually less and less compression towards the top. This creates a pulsating effect to increase circulation of body fluids and assists in the prevention of DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis). With a graduated compression of 15-20mmHg, the sock also has a wide elastic band at the top that is sized to prevent cutting the blood circulation to your leg.

It is highly important that the correct size of the Compression Flight Socks are worn to ensure the correct amount of pressure is applied for best results. To find out your correct sock size use a tape to measure around the narrowest part of your leg (approx 5cm from the centre of your ankle bone) and record the measurement. If the results lie in between two sizes, it is better to choose the larger size.
